Private Appointment: Services at Lake Pilates that are available in a Private one on one setting with Hawa Robin Cahn include Pilates, Yoga, Yamuna Body Rolling, Craniosacral Therapy and Spiritual Healing. Specifically Craniosacral Therapy and Spiritual Healing are only offered in Private sessions. Lake Pilates privates are a great place to heal, settle your nervous system, and understand which movements are best for you. If you have endured trauma, long term stress, an accident, or an injury Craniosacral Therapy and Spiritual Healing compliment the physical exercise offered at Lake Pilates.

Duet Appointment: Do you have a workout buddy? Two people can workout for the price of one in a Lake Pilates Duet. Pilates Reformer classes, Yoga, and Yamuna Body Rolling are offered in duet appointments.
- Pilates, Yoga, and Yamuna Body Rolling are best practiced 2-3 times a week.
- Daily movement is recommended with 1-2 days of rest a week.
- Craniosacral Therapy and Spiritual Healing are best received once a week or once a month.
Slow flow Vinyasa yoga influenced by Ashtanga and Iyengar. Alignment principles that encourage the body to open and the joints to sing. Pilates inspired warm ups to prepare you for Sun Salutations, Standing postures, seated postures, and lying down postures. Rest down in Savasana and allow your soul to soar.
Pilates: 7pm-8pm Tuesday and Thursday
Unwind from your day with a nightly Pilates Class. Core strengthening, flexibility focused, and relaxing. As your spine unwinds all the stress from your mind is released. Improve your posture, boost your immune system, lighten your mood, and allow your heart to soften.
Dance Fit: Strength training meets dance in Hawa's Dance Fit class. Experience a blend of movements with a delicious warm up, squats, lunges, light hand weights and dance moves as a moving recovery. Finish class with a thorough stretch that leaves you feeling refreshed and revitalized. A complete workout.
Pilates: 8:45am-9:45am Tuesday and Thursday
Start your day the Pilates way, with breathing, movement, and balancing exercises for your body. A full body workout that encourages alignment, core strength and flexibility. Relaxing, energizing and stabilizing; set your self up for success with the Pilates Mat workout.
Yamuna Body Rolling: 11am-12noon Sunday
Using a small ball trace your muscles from where they attach to the bone, stimulating bone, massaging tendon, and releasing muscle, a complete release. Yamuna Body Rolling is a self-massage technique created by Yamuna Zake. Take your Pilates and Yoga practices to the next level by incorporating YBR into your weekly exercise program.
Wild Feminine Pilates: Join with other women to traverse the planes of the Wild Feminine. Using Pilates inspired movement to activate the core, we will meditate on the bones of the pelvis, uterus and ovaries, sharing together as women. Root wisdom bubbles up in the silence.
Rainbow Yoga: Parent and Child Yoga. Breathe and Be together as a family. Learn yoga postures, breathing, chanting, and tools for self-regulation and co-regulation. Kid friendly obstacle course that encourages coordination, gross motor skills, and fun!

Learn the foundation daily practice of the Shadhili Sufis. Over 4 nights we will receive teachings from Shaykh Muhammad Al-Jamal's book Music of the Soul and learn the four main chants that make up the Al-Wird Ash-Shadhdhuliyyah, also known as the watering hole. Fill your cup with God’s Love. Mahabba is the aspect of love we will be focusing on for the month of February. Maghreb will be prayed in community for those who observe.
