Jasmine Love will be generously sharing her gifts at Lake Pilates. With a holistic approach to MindBody wellness Jasmine blends kickboxing, Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates with journaling, meditation, and self reflection. Guiding you to become the best version of yourself, Jasmine's wisdom and expertise is valuable. Building you up and helping you to learn how to relax all in an hour's time, watch your body and mindset change for the positive.
Jasmine will be training one-on-one at Lake Pilates Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10am-4pm.
